Common questions
The live TV player shows a loading screen
Refresh the page and check your internet connection. If you are on mobile data, move to a place with better signal. Try another browser if the problem continues.
There is no sound
The player starts muted so that it can play automatically. Press the speaker button on the player to switch sound on, and check your device volume.
A recording does not play
Close the video window and open it again. If it still fails, tell us the programme name and date using the form.
How do I send a news tip?
Use the support form and choose "News tip", or call the newsroom during office hours.
How do I advertise?
Open Advertisement Plans, select a plan and complete the Advertise With Us form.
